We need your opinion about the service at TVACCU, and we’re willing to pay you to give it to us! We are currently seeking mystery shoppers for all TVACCU locations.

As a member-owner of TVACCU, you have a special interest in making sure that we give you the kind of service that we’re known for – Extra Mile service. Every day we strive not only to meet your needs but to surpass them in every way. Do we exceed your service expectations? Do we let you know how important you are to us? We want you to tell us!

Mystery shopping is not difficult. In fact, anytime you visit or call us, you are already consciously or subconsciously evaluating the service you are receiving. Now, we want you to tell us about your experience. As a mystery shopper, we’ll ask you to observe or listen for certain things. Next, log on to a website and fill out an easy-to-complete form and you’re done. When your shop is complete, we will deposit $10 to $25 into your account, depending on the type of shop you have completed. It’s that easy!

TVA Community Credit Union has contracted with MemberShoppers, a premier provider of mystery shopping services within the credit union industry to coordinate this program. We do this to ensure that each of your evaluations is completely confidential. Employees will not know which member has evaluated their service.


Sound interesting? If so, follow these steps to register:

  • Go to www.MemberXP.com
  • Click on the link that says Become a Shopper near the top of the page.
  • Under Get Started Now, Click on the yellow box, REGISTER TO SHOP NOW!
  • Create a username and password and enter your contact information. (This information will ensure that you receive payment for the shops you complete, but at no time will you be asked to give your account information.)
  • In the box that asks “From which Credit Union did you receive the shopper invitation”, enter TVA Community Credit Union.
  • In the box that asks for your validation code, enter the code TVA
  • Read and understand the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and then check the box. Click on the “Click to Continue” button.
  • Read and understand the Independent Contractor Agreement and then check the boxes. Click on the “Click to Continue” button.
  • On the screen that follows, choose a branch from the drop down list that you use the most often.
  • Click on the “Click to Submit” button.

Once your registration has been submitted and you have been selected to participate, you will receive further guidance about your role as a shopper and details about the program from MemberShoppers.
