The credit union philosophy of People Helping People is more than just a slogan at TVACCU…It’s who we are! Now more than ever, we feel the urgency to assure and assist our members, employees, and communities in the midst of these uncertain times. We have already taken crucial steps to stop the spread of COVID-19. Additionally, we are enacting a Member Financial Relief Program that has been drafted and approved by our Board of Directors and Senior Management. The Member Financial Relief Program for those experiencing hardship as a direct result of COVID-19 includes the following:

  • Payment deferrals for ANY loan type due to hardship
  • Loan modifications
  • Repossession and foreclosure delays due to hardship
  • Waive early withdrawal penalties for Certificates of Deposit through April 30, 2020

Our forms are available online to open a new account, apply for a loan, and perform other account and service functions.
