1Will there be any upgrades to the TVACCU Mobile Banking App?

YES, our current Card Console App will merge with our TVACCU Mobile App on October 9th, so you can manage your Cards and Mobile Banking all in one place within our TVACCU Mobile Banking App. This exciting change will allow you to perform tasks such as setting your own Travel Notices and more!

2If I am signed up for eStatements, how will I receive my September statement and will I still be signed up for eStatements after the upgrade?

All Members – including eStatement users will receive a paper statement for September. Current eStatement users must re-enroll. Should you require a historical statement following the upgrade, our staff can access those for you until they are embedded in our new system.

3Will there be any changes to the Audio Response/TARA telephone line?

Yes – As part of the upgrade, when you dial the Audio Response/TARA line, when the system asks for your 4-digit PIN it will be the last 4 of your social security number.  You will then be prompted to change your PIN.
